ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 scoop of chocolate flavored whey protein
  • 1 tablespoon of semisweet chocolate powder
  • 2 dessert spoons of stevia sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (Royal)

Method of preparation

In one container lay the egg, oatmeal and mix. Then add the water and mix again. Add the whey protein, chocolate, sweetener, baking powder and mix until everything is incorporated. Transfer to a cup and microwave on high power for 1 1/2 minutes.
