Pineapple cake recipe with ricotta and coconut

  • 1 packet of cornstarch biscuit crumbs (200 g)
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk (tea)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (tea)
  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup drained chopped pineapple in syrup
  • Chopped coconut and drained syrup pineapple chopped to decorate

Method of preparation:
