Method of preparation

In one container, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then cover the molds with the dough and set aside. Remember to keep some of the dough to cover after filling.

Filling

Blend all the ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth cream. Pour into the molds lined with the dough and cover the tarts with the rest of the dough. Arrange the molds on a tray and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Serve immediately.

In a bowl mix the ingredients for the filling and put into the molds with the dough. Cover with the rest of the dough and brush with the egg yolk. Take the cakes into the preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
