Baked fillet recipe with vegetables

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon(s) of salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) peppercorns
- 2 large onions sliced thick
- 3 medium diced potatoes
- 2 sliced carrots
- 2 firm tomato wedges
- 1 cup green beans (cut into sticks)
- 1 bunch broccoli, chopped (flowers only)
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup milk (warm)
Method of preparation:
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Distribute the onions in the center of a baking dish, place the meat on top and distribute the remaining vegetables.
- Brush the tenderloin with butter and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
