Lemon Cream Ice Cream Ingredients
– 340 g natural yogurt (1 glass = 170 g)
– 8 tablespoons of condensed milk – see pre-preparation
– 1 1/2 units of lemon (juice)
Ingredients for decorating
– lemon to taste (zest of the peel)
PREPARATION:
- The quantity of condensed milk present in this recipe can be modified, adapting it to the sweetness you prefer.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Wash and dry the lemon. Remove the zest from the peel to finish and set aside on paper towels. Squeeze the juice into the yogurt and lemon cream.
PREPARATION:
Lemon frozen cream:
- Place the yogurt in a bowl and beat it, preferably with a wire whisk, until it is smooth.
- Add the condensed milk and lemon juice and continue beating until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
- Distribute the cold lemon cream into individual bowls or cups, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
- If you prefer an even colder dessert, transfer the cups to the freezer 1 hour before serving.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- When serving, remove the bowls or cups with the cold lemon cream from the refrigerator or freezer.
- Finish with lemon zest.
