Brazil nuts and oat milk
ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of oats
- 1 liter of water
- 1 cup shelled Brazil nuts
Preparation method
In a container, place the oats and waterfalland mix well. Next, heat over medium heat until boiling. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and put it in the blender. Add the Brazil nuts and beat until finely chopped. Then, using a sieve, filter the milk and serve immediately.
Tip: Use in recipes to replace animal milk.
Mix of nuts and dried fruit
ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 2 dried apricots
- 1 Brazil nut
- 2 cashews
- 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
Preparation method
Place all the ingredients in a container and mix well. Then wrap the mixture in cling film and take it with you as an afternoon or morning snack.
Tip: replace it with other dried fruit and oil seeds of your choice.

Walnut and hazelnut biscuit
ingredients
- 50 g of wheat flour
- 50 g of wholemeal flour
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup of warm water
- 10 g of grated walnuts
- 10 g of chopped hazelnuts
- Coconut oil for greasing
- Wholemeal flour for dusting
Preparation method
Place all the ingredients, except the walnuts and hazelnuts, in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then flour a smooth surface with wholemeal flour and, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is very thin. Then place the dough in a pan greased with coconut oil and sprinkle with walnuts and hazelnuts. Place in a preheated oven at 250ºC for 4 minutes. Turn off the heat, give the dough the desired shape and serve immediately.
