Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 300 g slices of fresh Parisian mushrooms
  • 1 glass of chopped hearts of palm
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (tea) fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, heat the butter and add the onion. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the hearts of palm, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the cream, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Leave to boil for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
  6. Serve with white rice and potato chips.
