Grilled salmon with ginger
ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- Juice of 1 orange
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil to taste
Preparation method
In a container put the orange juice, the garlic powder, ginger, soy sauce and honey and mix well. Add the salmon and mix it well with the mixture. Then cover the container with aluminum foil and leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the salmon and grill it on both sides. Turn off the heat and serve the salmon immediately.
Grilled steak with caramelized onion
ingredients
Steak
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Olive oil to taste
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 75 ml light beer
Caramelized onion
- 1 red onion cut into slices
- 1 teaspoon refined sugar
- Olive oil to taste
Preparation method
Steak
In a container, season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper. Reserve. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Grill steaks on both sides for 2 minutes. Reserve.
Then add the onion and water to the pan and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the steaks again and add the thyme and beer. Lower the heat and leave to cook for 11 minutes. Reserve.
Caramelized onion
In another pan, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the red onion and let it brown for 2 minutes. Add the sugar and keep on the heat until it caramelizes. Reserve.
Assembly
On a plate, arrange the steak and caramelized onion. Serve with whatever side dish you prefer.

Grilled vegetable salad
ingredients
- 1 tomato cut into slices
- 1 courgette cut into slices
- 1 aubergine cut into slices
- 1 red pepper cut into slices
- 1 yellow pepper cut into slices
- 1 green pepper cut into slices
- 3 potatoes cut into slices
- 2 fingers of peppers
- 1 carrot cut into slices
- Olive oil and salt to taste
Preparation method
In a pan, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Grill the vegetables on both sides and season with salt. Then, turn off the heat, arrange the vegetables on a plate and serve.
