“I am very satisfied with the atmosphere we manage to create in the projects. And although there is no magic formula, the key to this harmony is understanding the personality and personal taste of the tenant,” he underlines.



Present in his life for more than 25 years, in renovating his apartment, the architect Carina Dal Fabbro did not hesitate to grant the opportunity of a new journey to a beautiful dining table with drawer and porcelain handle.  Made by a carpenter using solid wood, it only needed to be restored to match the chairs with straw seats and backs.

Again according to her, when you know the customers’ collection, the first step is define what will be the main piece of the environment: one with references to a past era or one with a current orientation. Only then does Carina begin to experiment with combinations until she finds the perfect look for the desired furnishing style.



In the corner of this apartment designed by architect Carina Dal Fabbro, the protagonist is undoubtedly the inhabitant's piano.  The furnishings also included decorative elements to complete the environment.

For the architect Patricia Miranda, who leads the studio Roots Architectsantique furniture, even if purchased in Antique dealer, denote individuality to the environments. “And when they are part of a family’s history, the context becomes even more special,” she says.



In this bedroom, architect Patricia Miranda, contemporary carpentry, designed the bookcase and wardrobe.  On the contrary, the chest of drawers with colonial handle brings a romantic touch to the decor.

“I think it is very important to preserve authenticity, as it maintains its value, which can be both historical and financial,” says Patricia. From her point of view, coherence lies in the possibility of enhancing this piece within a coherent whole.
