Recipe: Learn how to make mini pumpkins with guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium avocado, mashed
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • Olive oil, coriander, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, combine them in a container and mix well.




Pumpkins

Ingredients:

  • 6 mini pumpkins

Preparation method:

Cut the lid off the mini pumpkins. Make cuts on the side in the shape of a face. Cook for about 45 minutes. After roasting, remove the seeds and pulp, leaving room for the filling. Fill with guacamole and serve with vegetable chips or carrot sticks.
