- 2 cups chopped bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 grated carrot
- 150g chopped green beans
- 1 can drained green corn
- 1 can of drained peas
- 3 cups (tea) cornmeal
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- Heat a pan with bacon and butter over medium heat and fry until golden brown.
- Add the carrot, green beans, corn, peas and brown for a few minutes
