Bacon crumbles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 150g chopped green beans
  • 1 can drained green corn
  • 1 can of drained peas
  • 3 cups (tea) cornmeal
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a pan with bacon and butter over medium heat and fry until golden brown.
