Apple kefir

This drink significantly reduces appetite and easily replaces one of your meals. Peel 5 apples and grate them. Add the apples to 300 ml of low-fat kefir and mix everything in a blender. Sprinkle the drink with cinnamon and stir: you’re ready to drink!

Honey kefir

Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and ground ginger with 2 tablespoons of boiled water. Add a pinch of cinnamon and a slice of lemon to the resulting mixture, then dilute it with 200 ml of kefir.

Kefir cocktail with spices
