Cinnamon Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablets of organic fresh yeast (30g)
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil
- 4 cups wheat flour (approximately)
- Greasing oil
- Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
Filling
- 4 ripe bananas chopped
- 1/2 cup (tea) condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation method:
- For the filling, mix the ingredients and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix the yeast and sugar until dissolved.
- Add the cinnamon, salt, milk, oil and mix.
- Add the wheat flour, little at a time, kneading until the dough is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.
- If necessary, add more flour.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Open with your hand, add the filling and shape.
