Quick corn cake recipe

Time: 50 minutes

Performance: 8 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 can canned corn, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 2 cups of skimmed milk
  • 1/3 cup (tea) corn oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Margarine for greasing

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour into a greased medium rectangular pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
  3. Cut it into pieces and serve the corn cake.
