Moist and fluffy chocolate cake, from a blender


Moist and soft chocolate cake, which everyone likes, very easy to prepare




A simple chocolate cake made with water in the blender or by hand. An ideal dough for cakes without filling.

Recipe for 4 people.

Classic (no restrictions), Vegetarian

Preparation: 01:00 + cooling time

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

DOUGH ingredients – EASY AND CHEAP CHOCOLATE CAKE

– 2 units of eggs

– 200 ml of hot water (do not boil)

– 200 g unsalted butter, softened. A little more to grease.

– 2 cups of sugar

– 2 cups wheat flour, sifted.

– 2 cups chocolate powder, sifted, plus a little more for sprinkling. (or cocoa powder)

– 1 tablespoon(s) of chemical yeast

Ingredients ECONOMIC CHOCOLATE COVERING (with chocolate powder):

– 4 tablespoons of milk – or a little more if you want a thinner syrup.

– 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder (or cocoa powder)

– 1 dessert spoon(s) of unsalted butter

– 2 tablespoons of sugar, or as much as you like.

Ingredients TO FINISH

– chocolate sprinkles to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
  2. For a standard recipe, like the one in the photo, adjust the quantities for 4 people and in this case, use a 26 cm pan, to obtain a medium-height cake.
  3. Remove the butter from the refrigerator so that it is well softened.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C,
  5. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
  6. Sift the flour, chocolate powder and baking powder into 1 bowl.

PREPARATION:

DOUGH – EASY AND CHEAP CHOCOLATE CAKE

  1. Combine the liquid ingredients in a blender or bowl: eggs, hot water, butter and sugar.
  2. In the bowl where you have the dry ingredients, place the blended mixture and mix well with the wire whisk,
  3. Place the cake mixture in the pre-greased pan sprinkled with chocolate powder and bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not overcook to avoid drying out.
  4. Let cool.

CHOCOLATE COVERING:

  1. Bring all ingredients to the boil and stir well until incorporated and slightly thickened.
  2. Let it cool, but not completely.

ASSEMBLY:

  1. Unmold the cake.
  2. Pour the warm syrup over the cake and let it cool.
  3. Cover with chocolate sprinkles

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Download the easy and cheap chocolate cake to the serving dish. It can be stored at room temperature.
  2. Cut into pieces and serve.
