Chicken Medallion with Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of minced chicken breast
  • 1 sachet of onion cream powder (68g)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 200 g of diced mozzarella

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken, onion cream powder, green chili powder and breadcrumbs until smooth.
  2. Take a small portion of dough and fill it with a cube of cheese.
  3. Form flat balls and wrap them with a slice of bacon.
  4. Secure with toothpicks.
