ingredients

  • 1 bunch curly lettuce
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • 1 chicken breast grilled and cut into strips
  • Salt, honey, olive oil, vinegar, ground black pepper and mustard to taste

Preparation method

Place the lettuce leaves, spinach and chicken in a container and mix well. Reserve. In another container put the honey, olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper and mustard and mix well. Then pour the mixture over the top the salad and stir to combine. Serve immediately.

Lettuce salad with mango and radish

ingredients

  • 1 bunch curly lettuce
  • 1 bunch of watercress
  • two tomatoes seeded and cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 mango peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 radish cut into slices
  • 1 heart of palm cut into slices
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method

Arrange all the ingredients on a plate. Then season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice and mix. Serve immediately.

Watercress salad

ingredients

  • 1 bunch of watercress
  • 170 g of tuna solid in vegetable oil
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 100 g of dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 raw egg yolk
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 hard-boiled egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method

Place the watercress, tuna (reserve 1 tablespoon), pepper, dried tomatoes, croutons and mix well in a salad bowl. Reserve. Place the rest of the tuna, the raw egg yolk and the garlic in a container and mix until you get a paste. Add the cooked egg yolk and salt and mix again to combine. Gradually add the olive oil and mix well. Serve the salad with the dressing.

  • 1 bunch curly lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes cut into half moons
  • 1 red onion peeled and cut into rings
  • 1 cucumber cut into slices
  • 2 slices of feta cheese
  • Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste

Preparation method

Place the lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber and onion in a container and mix well. Arrange the feta slices on top of the salad and season with salt, oil and black pepper. Serve immediately.

ingredients

  • two beets bald
  • 4 radishes cut into slices
  • 200 g of chicken grilled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tomatoes deseeded and cut into cubes
  • Salt, olive oil, ground black pepper, sesame seeds and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation method

In a pan, place the beets, cover with water and cook over medium heat until soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water, wait for it to cool and, using a knife, chop them. Then transfer the vegetables into a container, add the radishes, tomatoes and chicken and mix well. Season with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Finish by sprinkling with sesame and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
