Chicken fillet with leeks recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 leek stalk, sliced
- 1/2 cup cream (tea).
Preparation method:
- Season the fillets with salt and black pepper.
- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and butter and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
- Add the leeks to the pan and sauté until lightly browned.
- Pour in the orange juice and boil for 3 minutes, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon.
