Maiara turned to coach Maíra Cardi to get in line and lose weight. According to gossip sites, Maiara would also have adopted the “Dry You” diet in 2022, which involves five very difficult steps to follow: no alcohol, no carbohydrates, eating every three hours, mental reprogramming, as well as excluding “junk meals” in the menu. The program requires that these rules be respected for at least two months.
This time, however, the singer has already been on a diet for 5 months: she has not revealed the details of the new method adopted. “I had to improve my self-esteem. Today I fly and I feel really good, thank God. I am in the best phase of my personal life. I feel good about myself, I am happy, joyful. I think I needed it. It was from the inside out ‘external,'” the singer added to Leo Dias.
What you can see on the singer’s Instagram is that she has also included more physical exercises in her routine. It is believed that, in addition to the diet, Maiara also underwent liposuction and other cosmetic procedures to achieve her current shape. In August this year, the singer was absent from the stage due to surgery.
