Purchases made on Black Friday have not yet been received
Following the news relating to the delays in deliveries of the products of Chiara Ferragni’s brands purchased online, Fenice Srl, the licensee of the influencer’s brands, explained “that it took prompt action to deal with the situation attributable to a peak in sales which occurred during the Black Friday.”
“Fenice renews its apologies to customers affected by the delay and/or any problems in receiving what they ordered and also clarifies that on 5 December 2023 it received guarantees from the provider that manages the e-commerce service that all pending requests would have been processed by December 15, 2023,β it said in a statement.
βIn a further check carried out by the company on December 20, 2023 at the supplier, the latter confirmed that all purchase orders placed before this date (December 20, 2023) had been processed,β the text adds.
The company, however, “invites customers who have not yet received what they ordered to write an email to customer.care@chiaraferragnibrand.com to carry out further checks”.
The controversy adds to another storm for the influencer, fined 1 million euros (R$5.4 million) for unfair commercial practices in the promotion, in 2022, of a limited edition pandoro bearing your brand . .
