Ingredients Almond Rolls / Flourless Burger Buns
– 3/4 cup(s) almond flour (fine)
– 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of chemical yeast THE
– 2 units of eggs
– 100 g of melted unsalted butter
– Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
PREPARATION:
Almond Bread/Flourless Hamburger Bread: (do this step during pre-prep)
- In a pan, melt the butter. Let cool.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs without foaming, add the cold melted butter and season with salt.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour with the baking powder.
- Add, little by little, the flour and yeast to the egg and butter mixture, mixing gently until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Butter molds or baking cups of the same size (3 per person) of approximately 7 cm wide x 4 cm high and divide the mixture between them.
- Place on a baking tray, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C and cook for about 20 minutes.
Almond Bread/Flourless Hamburger Bread:
- Check that the sandwiches are cooked.
- If it doesn’t, leave it on for another 5 minutes, but monitor it to make sure it doesn’t burn.
- Remove from the oven, remove from the mold and place, preferably, on a wire rack to cool.
