Ingredients Almond Rolls / Flourless Burger Buns

– 3/4 cup(s) almond flour (fine)

– 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of chemical yeast THE

– 2 units of eggs

– 100 g of melted unsalted butter

– Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.

PREPARATION:

Almond Bread/Flourless Hamburger Bread: (do this step during pre-prep)

  1. In a pan, melt the butter. Let cool.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs without foaming, add the cold melted butter and season with salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond flour with the baking powder.
  4. Add, little by little, the flour and yeast to the egg and butter mixture, mixing gently until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  5. Butter molds or baking cups of the same size (3 per person) of approximately 7 cm wide x 4 cm high and divide the mixture between them.
  6. Place on a baking tray, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C and cook for about 20 minutes.

Almond Bread/Flourless Hamburger Bread:

  1. Check that the sandwiches are cooked.
  2. If it doesn’t, leave it on for another 5 minutes, but monitor it to make sure it doesn’t burn.
  3. Remove from the oven, remove from the mold and place, preferably, on a wire rack to cool.

1. Use the almond bread/flourless hamburger bread to prepare your own low carb snack.
