Bread pudding with condensed milk

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 10 slices of sandwich bread
- 4 eggs
- 50g grated coconut
- 50 g of grated parmesan
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 liter of milk
Preparation method:
- Add the sugar to a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring until it melts and turns into caramel.
- Roll it out into a 30cm diameter mold with a hole in the center and then set it aside.
- Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender and pour into the caramelized mold.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven in a double boiler for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Then remove from the oven and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve immediately.
