Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of crustless bread (350g)
  • Chopped parsley, sliced ​​green olives and grated carrot to decorate

Filling

  • 2 cans of solid tuna, drained
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 cup ricotta puree
  • 1 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste

mayonnaise

  • 1 cold, hard-boiled egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 3 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 cup of oil (tea).
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation method:
