Savory Tuna Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of crustless bread (350g)
- Chopped parsley, sliced green olives and grated carrot to decorate
Filling
- 2 cans of solid tuna, drained
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 cup ricotta puree
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
mayonnaise
- 1 cold, hard-boiled egg yolk
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 cup of oil (tea).
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients and set aside
- Meanwhile, for the mayonnaise, blend the egg yolk, milk and mustard in a blender.
- Add the oil, slowly, without stopping whisking, until it reaches the consistency of mayonnaise.
- Turn off, season with salt, pepper and store in the refrigerator.
- In a medium baking dish, lined with cling film, alternate layers of bread and filling.
- Repeat the layers ending with the bread
- Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours
- Remove and then unmold
- Cover the entire cake with the reserved mayonnaise, decorate with parsley, olives and carrots and serve immediately.
