House of Roses
Organized by Mauricio de Sousa Produções (MSP), to celebrate Mônica’s 60th birthday, the exhibition has 12 rooms, where visitors can immerse themselves in the character’s story.
Highlights include the display of the first comic published on Folha de SP, representative photos and historical objects, including Mônica’s original rabbit and new works by Mauricio de Sousa.
The exhibition also includes interactive activities for children, such as a reading space, with the famous comics Turma da Mônica and ‘Monicolorindo’, with coloring pages and art workshops.

House of Japan
The focus of this exhibition is friendly robots, those that allow us to understand and respond intuitively to human needs and expressions, in shops, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and even in the home life of all days.
There are 11 robots divided into four categories: colleagues, companions, communicative robots and robots that help humans. The exhibition also shows a timeline of the history of robots in Japan and around the world, such as the ancestor of robots: the tea-serving automaton Chahakobi Ningyô.

Favela MuseumS
The museum’s festive program will transform the garden into a large living space, with activities that recreate street and childhood games, games such as dodgeball, jumping rope, bungee, and workshops with themes related to the favelas.
Various spaces will be set up for board games (dominoes, uno, checkers and chess) and one for the loan of traditional toys (hula hoops, rope, marbles, 5 Marys, spinning top, etc.).

Museum of the Portuguese language
Exclusively on the occasion of the anniversary of the city of Sao Paulo, January 25th, the entire museum will be free to enter.
On this date, both the main exhibition and the temporary exhibition “Our Song”, which addresses the relationship between the Portuguese language and Brazilian popular song, will be free.
On the same day 25, the Education Center promotes two special mediated visits, at 10am and 1pm, through the main exhibition ‘Who civilises whom?’, on the plurality of indigenous peoples and the influence they have on the Portuguese language spoken in Brazil.
At 11am and 3pm, it will be the turn of the visit “Black presences in the construction of the city of São Paulo”, in which the educators will take a tour of the historic building of the Estação da Luz, home of the Museum, passing through the places not open to the public . the public .

My experience
On the 40th anniversary of Chaves, Brazil, the largest exhibition dedicated to the most famous character of the comedian Roberto Bolaños presents an original collection displayed in a space of over one thousand m².
The exhibition features 26 sets with more than two thousand pieces donated by Bolaños’ family, including personal objects, props and costumes of the two best-known characters of Chespirito, as the comedian was known.
With tickets ranging from R$20 to R$60, the exhibition has free entry on Tuesdays throughout the Sao Paulo season, the end date of which has not been announced. To guarantee free access, visitors must collect tickets at the physical ticket office on the day of their visit.

A tour of the world – Navigating children’s cinema
CCBB Sao Paulo
Until February 4, the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil São Paulo hosts the 2nd edition of this exhibition with more than 50 films from eight countries, including Brazil, as well as productions from Germany, Argentina, Australia, Spain, Italy, France and Switzerland.
The event is free to enter and runs from Wednesday to Sunday with other activities, such as workshops, shows and attractions focused on sustainability.
The theme of this edition is “tolerance” and will be present in the stories shown on the screen throughout the exhibition and also in parallel activities, where topics such as diversity, inclusion, respect for others and the environment will be discussed.
