Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups milk (tea).
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of margarine
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Syrup
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
Preparation method:
- Blend the milk, eggs, margarine and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Divide the dough into two parts: mix the chocolate powder in one and mix the vanilla essence in the other.
- Pour the mixture by spoonfuls, alternating the colours, into a greased and floured baking tray with a hole in the centre, 22 cm in diameter, and bake in a medium preheated oven for 30 minutes or until firm and golden. Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold.
- Bring all the syrup ingredients to medium heat, stirring until dissolved. Turn off, spread on the cake and serve.
