Homemade guava paste
ingredients
- 5 guavas ripe peeled and chopped
- 500 g of refined sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 150 ml of water
Preparation method
Add the lemon juice, guavas and water to a blender and blend until smooth. Then filter and put the liquid in a pan and add the sugar. Stir and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Place in a container and leave to cool for 12 hours at room temperature. Serve immediately.
