- 3 tomatoes cut into slices

In a baking dish, drizzle each slice of bread with olive oil, place the feta and tomato slices respectively. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, coriander and drizzle with olive oil. Place the bruschetta in the preheated oven at 210°C for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
Risotto with gorgonzola and pears
ingredients
- 3 ripe pears, peeled and cut into slices
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 l of vegetable broth
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 150ml of wine dry white
- 50 g of grated parmesan
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 300 g of arborio rice
- 120 g of gorgonzola
- Salt to taste
Preparation method
In a baking dish, add the pears and drizzle with honey. Cook in a low oven for 15 minutes and set aside. In a pan, heat the oil and butter and brown the onion and garlic. Add the rice, season with salt and brown. When it starts to brown, add the white wine and mix until it dries. Add a ladle of vegetable broth and stir until the rice has absorbed the broth. Repeat the operation adding the broth, ladle by ladle, until the risotto is cooked. Turn off the heat, add the cheese and pear and mix gently. Serve immediately.
Lasagna with courgettes and ricotta
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 onions cut into rings
- 4 tomatoes cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup of skimmed milk
- 250 g of ricotta
- 1 zuchinis cut into slices
- 100 g of ready-made lasagna pasta
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
Heat the olive oil in a pan over low heat and add the onions, tomatoes, basil, salt and black pepper. Cook until the mixture begins to wilt and set aside. In a blender, beat the cornstarch, milk, and cheese until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a pan over medium heat and stir until a smooth paste forms. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and cover the bottom with the lasagna dough. Then add a layer of zucchini and another layer of sauce. Alternate this sequence and finish with a layer of sauce. Pour over the sautéed tomato, sprinkle with Parmesan and place in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
Pasta with ham and gruyere
Ingredient
- 500 g of spaghetti cooked vine
- 50 g of pitted green olives
- 200 g of Gruyere cheese
- 200 g of ham cut into cubes
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- 300 g of cream
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
In a pan, add the cream, grated cheese, green olives, ham, salt, black pepper and Gruyere. Place over low heat and stir until it thickens. Transfer the tagliatelle to a baking dish and pour the mixture over the top. Serve immediately.
