Baked carbonara rice recipe
Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 250 g diced bacon
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 jar of ready-made tomato sauce
- 1 cup (tea) water
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups grated mozzarella
- Margarine for greasing
- 50 g of grated parmesan for sprinkling
- 3 tablespoons chopped green chili pepper to decorate
Preparation method:
- In a large pan, over medium heat, brown the bacon in its own fat and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix with rice until thoroughly heated.
- Transfer to a greased medium baking sheet.
- Beat the eggs with the milk, pour over the rice, add the mozzarella, mix quickly, sprinkle with the parmesan and cook in a medium preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the egg mixture has dried and the cheese has melted.
- Decorate with the green perfume and serve immediately.
