Banana peel cake
ingredients
120 ml or ½ cup of oil
240 ml or 1 cup of milk
4 whole eggs
30 g of butter
4 silver banana peels
350 g of sugar
400 to 450 g of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Ground cinnamon to taste
Preparation method
Blend the shells, milk, eggs, oil and butter in a blender. When a smooth dough forms, transfer it into a bowl and add the sugar and wheat flour. After kneading, add the yeast and mix lightly just to incorporate the dough.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. The time may vary from oven to oven. Finish with ground cinnamon or honey.
