Sago mousse recipe
Time: 1h (+10min in the freezer) (+4h in the fridge)

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of orange flavored sago
- 1 pack of grape flavored sago
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin powder
- 4 egg whites
- Grapes and orange slices to decorate
Preparation method:
- Cook the sago packets separately according to package instructions. Let it cool.
- Add the orange sago with half the condensed milk and a sachet of gelatin (hydrated and dissolved according to package directions).
- Using a mixer, beat two egg whites and gently mix them with the sago.
- Place the cream in a buttered 22cm diameter mold with a hole in the centre.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Do the same process with the grape sago and place it in the mold on top of the orange sago.
- Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve decorated with grapes and orange slices.
