You will love this VERY simple version of banana cake
Nothing better than a dessert that serves as an afternoon snack that Sunday, or even to complete that brunch that everyone loves and this version is very easy, quick and practical, you will definitely like it.
Ingredients:

- 3 small bananas
- 2 tablespoons honey
- cinnamon
- 4 scoops of ice cream
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation method:
Cut the bananas crosswise and then in half, on a baking tray with baking paper or a non-stick mat, add a little honey in 4 parts, then a sprinkling of cinnamon, the cut bananas and on top of the puff pastry, brush the pastry with the yolk and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
After cooking, let cool a little and then turn the tarts over, serve with the scoop of cream ice cream and a little more cinnamon on top.
