Signatured by bar chef Natlhia Sanchez for Bar dos Cravos’ special drinks menu, it features peach bitters and a Japanese umeshu plum liqueur. The result is a cocktail with a light and sweet flavour.

With an Italian-inspired recipe, Bosco bar presents the Niemeyer drink, which contains ginger ale, cachaça infused with cumaru seeds (which you can prepare at home). The simple recipe is completed with a delicate slice of dehydrated lemon, which complements the aromas of the drink.
