Find out where to try Milnetto, a crunchy cone with dulce de leche ice cream

Inspired by the classic recipe of French pastry shops, chef Lucas Corazza, in collaboration with Mil Confeitaria and Gelateria Artisano, launched Milnetto, a palmier cone filled with dulce de leche ice cream. The limited edition dessert is available for purchase until March 30 at Mil Confeitaria stores, in Pinheiros and Vila Cordeiro.




You can buy the unit assembled on site for R $ 18 or take home the kit with five cones to fill and a 500 ml jar with Dulce de Leche ice cream, worth R $ 115. For delivery from the Artisano ice cream shop is available just the kit.

In a video published on social media, Lucas Corazza recalls that, in his childhood, ice cream cones always made him happy. Hence the idea of ​​making Mil Confeitaria puff pastry even crunchier. The chef underlines: “Consistency and flavor are linked and, if consistency is an emotion, crunchiness is the strongest of all. Here the game is with textures. It’s letting the ‘cruc’ be the protagonist.”
