Ingredients:
- 400 g of cassava
- 1/3 cup cream (tea).
- Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
Preparation method:
- Cook the peeled cassava in boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until soft but whole.
- Pass through juicer and transfer to pan.
- Add the butter, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Cook over low heat, whisking with a wooden spoon or a hand whisk for 3 minutes or until the mixture is airy and free of lumps.
- If desired, garnish with chili pepper.
