  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 1/2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Greasing oil
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Filling

  • 300 g of chopped ham
  • 300 g of mozzarella cheese chopped
  • 3 tomatoes without seeds and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oregano

Preparation method

Place the milk, eggs, oil and salt in a blender and blend until you obtain a consistent mixture. Gradually add the wheat flour, cornstarch and finally the yeast and beat to combine. Reserve. Place all the filling ingredients in a container and mix well. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with oil and flour it with wheat flour, pour half the dough onto it and cover with the filling. Finish with the rest of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 1 cup oil

  • 10 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

  • Greasing oil
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Filling

  • 300 g silver cheese cut into cubes

Preparation method

Place all the dough ingredients in the mixer and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Grease a baking tray with oil and flour it with wheat flour, place half the dough and fill with the silver cheese. Cover with the rest of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden. Serve immediately.

  • 400 ml of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • 240 ml of oil
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Filling

  • 1/2kg of minced meat
  • 1 tomato seeded and cut into pieces
  • 350 g of peas
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 minced pepper sausage
  • Salt, oregano, grated parmesan and black olives as required

Preparation method

Place all the dough ingredients in the mixer and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Reserve. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the minced meat and brown it until it loses its reddish color. Add the tomato, pepperoni sausage, peas and olives and mix well. Turn off the heat and season with salt and oregano.

Grease a baking tray with butter and flour it with wheat flour, pour half the mixture and fill it with the minced meat. Cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of chemical yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Oregano to taste

  • Wheat flour for dusting

Filling

  • 160 g of tuna
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
  • 350 g of green corn

Preparation method

Place the oil, wheat flour, salt, milk and eggs in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add the yeast and beat again to incorporate. Then grease a baking tray with oil and flour with wheat flour, pour in 1/3 of the dough and fill with tuna, corn, chives and oregano. Cover with the rest of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 200 ml of soya oil
  • 100 g of grated parmesan

Grease a baking tray with oil and flour it with wheat flour, pour in half the mixture and fill with the chicken, cream cheese, corn and olives. Cover with the rest of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 3 cups cooked green corn
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 200 g of ricotta
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 dessert spoon of flax seed
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 dessert spoon of chemical yeast
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste
  • Oil for anointing
  • Wholemeal flour for dusting
