Ingredients for Baked Pamon
- 12 ears of green corn
- 1 bottle of coconut milk (500 ml)
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g of butter
- margarine to grease
Method of preparation
Remove the corn kernels with the help of a knife and blend the blender with the coconut milk. Sift and transfer to a pan and add the sugar with a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat, stirring until it becomes a thick cream. Turn off the heat and add the butter. Pour the dough into a greased medium refractory and take it to a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. To taste, sprinkle with cinnamon.
