Crepioca fitness lasagne for the diet menu

Crepioca lasagna

Time: 1 hour

Performance: 6 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • 10 tablespoons hydrated tapioca gum
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup mashed ricotta
  • 1/2 cup (tea) olive oil
  • 2 cups (tea) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • Grated Parmesan for sprinkling

Preparation method:

  1. For the crepioca, in a bowl, mix the eggs and the hydrated starch.
  2. Season with salt and mix with a wire whisk.
  3. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a small ladle of the mixture.
  4. Leave for 2 minutes, turn and leave for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and set aside.
  6. Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture and set aside.
  7. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the chicken, ricotta and olive oil.
  8. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
  9. In a small baking dish, make a layer of sauce, a layer of crepioca, another layer of sauce, a layer of chicken and a layer of cheese.
  10. Repeat the layers and then top with sauce and parmesan.
  11. Place in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes.
  12. Remove and serve immediately.
