The event begins next week, in Sao Paulo, and includes a competition that will evaluate more than 2,000 cheeses, as well as other attractions for the general public

Official partner event of the Mondial du Fromage, the biggest prize in the dairy sector, the 2024 Brazil Cheese World Cup is approaching. Its start date is April 11 at the B3 Theater and Praça da Baleia, in Sao Paulo, and offers great attractions for the general public.

The prize is now in its third edition and is expected to welcome more than 150 thousand people, the number reached at the Brazilian Cheese World Cup in 2022. There visitors will have access to more than 100 options of artisanal products made by producers from different rural areas of the country, such as cheeses and drinks.

Furthermore, the event, which will last until April 14, includes the Cheese and Dairy Competition, which, with a specialized international jury, has the task of analyzing and choosing the best examples among the over 2,000 cheeses presented, coming from places such as Mexico, United Kingdom, France, United States and Italy.

The public will also be able to access tastings, conversation clubs and workshops with limited places, but still available at the venue official website of the competition. Understand more details through Luigi Di Fiore’s article, available here.
