Rapadura Veggie Low Carb Ingredients

– 1 cup(s) of peanut butter

– 1/4 cup(s) coconut oil (plus a little more for greasing)

– 3 tablespoons of xylitol (or other product of your choice)

– ground cinnamon to taste THE

– 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence

– salt to taste (a pinch)

Finishing ingredients

-peanut butter to taste

PREPARATION:

1. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.

2. Grease a baking tray with coconut oil.

PREPARATION:

Low Carb Rapadura:

1. In a bowl, mix all the recipe ingredients (peanut butter, coconut oil, xylitol (or other oil of your choice), cinnamon, vanilla essence and salt.

2. Place the mixture into the greased baking tray.

3. Sand the surface well.

4. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

1. When ready to serve, remove the low carb vegetarian rapadura from the refrigerator: the dough should be harder.

2. Cut into squares.

3. Serve directly on plates or, if you prefer, place on a serving plate.

4. Finish with peanut sherry.
