Cold passion fruit cake

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 2 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

- 1/2 cup (tea) passion fruit juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and butter.
- Add the milk, flour and beat again.
- Add the yeast and mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into a medium rectangular baking pan, greased and floured.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix the syrup ingredients with a fork until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Using a fork, poke holes all over the surface of the cake and drizzle with the still hot syrup.
- Place in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Remove from the oven, cut into squares and wrap them in aluminum foil.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve the iced passion fruit cake.
