Summary
Vegan chef Charlotte Roy had an accident during a test on the show “Masterchef” in the UK, where she cut her finger on a knife and had to stop the test to receive medical treatment.
Participant in the British program “Masterchef”, vegan chef Charlotte Roy had an accident during a test of the program. She cut her finger with a knife.
She reported the cut, was helped to try to stop the bleeding with a cloth and was alerted by the program presenter that there was a piece of her finger left on the table where she was preparing the cabbage. The edition of the program shocked viewers by zooming in on the chef’s injury.
“I’m sorry to tell you that you tore your fingertip and that means you’ll have to go to the doctor to fix the situation,” he said.
“Unfortunately Charmotte cut herself and had to leave the MasterChef kitchen to receive medical treatment. So she won’t finish her dish,” he explained to the audience.
On Instagram, Charlotte said she felt sick because she couldn’t continue cooking and revealed her finger was “dripping blood” for hours until she was finally able to go to the nurse. She regrets not having agreed to put protection on her fingers to avoid cuts and she thanked the whole team for their love.
“Thank you @johntorodecooks for finding my fingertips. In all seriousness, if it made you laugh, I’m happy. The world needs more laughter,” he concluded, with good humor, in a message addressed to the host.
