Baked ground beef: quick, delicious and easy to prepare

Baked minced meat

Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 cup chopped bacon
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the meat and bacon for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, tomato, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for about 8 minutes until the meat is golden.
  4. Turn off the heat, stir in the parsley, transfer to a medium baking dish and set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the cream, mozzarella and spreadable cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture over the meat, sprinkle with parmesan and cook in a preheated medium oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove and serve immediately.
