Super quick and convenient blended cheese bread, cooked in the Airfryer – check out the recipe
A golden, crispy cheese sandwich that doesn’t need to be rolled and cooked in the Airfryer

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml
Blender Cheese Bread Ingredients:
– 180 g of standard Minas cheese (or semi-mature cheese)
– 2 tablespoons parmesan (optional)
– 1 cup(s) of milk at room temperature
– 1/2 cup(s) of oil
– 1 unit of eggs
– Salt to taste
– 11 tablespoon(s) of sweet cassava starch (1 tablespoon = 10 g)
– 11 cup(s) of sour cassava starch (1 tablespoon = 10 g)
PREPARATION:
- A complete recipe is equivalent to 4 portions with a yield of 15 units in 7cm diameter by 3cm high moulds.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Grate semi-hard or standard cheese.
- If you prefer bread with a more intense cheese flavour, add some grated parmesan.
- Sift the sweet and sour starch into a bowl, large enough to hold the entire cheese bread dough.
- Grease the molds with a little oil: this is not necessary for silicone molds.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 170°C for approximately 5 minutes.
PREPARATION:
Cheese bread with the Airfryer blender:
- Place the eggs, milk, oil and salt in a blender and blend to combine.
- Add the semi-mature or standard Minas cheese and the grated parmesan (optional) and beat again until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
- Add the blender mixture to the bowl with the sprinkles and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the molds, filling them just over half the height.
- Arrange the molds in the basket and insert them into the drawer. For larger quantities divide into steps.
- Place in the Airfryer preheated to 170°C and cook for around 20 minutes or until golden brown and with a crispy crust.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve the blend the cheese bread in the Airfryerfreshly baked for your breakfast or snack.
