Petit gateau – the creamy dulce de leche dessert inside, made in just a few minutes and precisely in the Airfryer

Recipe for 2 people.

1 non-metallic bowl(s), 1 cutting board(s), 5 individual pan(s) (or more – for small cake or pie)

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Airfryer dulce de leche petit gateau ingredients:

– 200 g of dulce de leche

– 100 g unsalted butter + a little for greasing

– 2 eggs, whole

– 2 units of eggs (yolks only)

– 1/4 cup(s) of wheat flour


  1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. With this recipe – 2 portions – you get 5 units in petit gateau molds 7 cm in diameter and 5 cm high.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the egg yolks and beat to combine.
  4. Grease cake or cake molds with butter.
  5. Preheat the Airfryer to 170°C for approximately 5 minutes.


Dulce de Leche Petit Gateau in the Airfryer:

  1. Place the dulce de leche and butter in a non-metallic bowl.
  2. Place in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds until the butter is soft, increase the time a little if necessary.
  3. Remove from the microwave, mix and add the beaten eggs with the yolks, stirring to combine.
  4. When the mixture is smooth, sift the flour directly into the bowl and mix again.
  5. Divide the dough into greased molds.
  6. Place the molds in the Airfryer basket and insert them into the drawer – if necessary divide them and cook in several stages.
  7. Place the tray in the Airfryer preheated to 170°C and cook for about 8 minutes or until the crust is hard and the crumb is still very soft.
  8. Remove from Airfryer.


  1. Unmold the dulce de leche petit gateau(s) in the Airfryer on plates and serve immediately.
