Minced meat with cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 1 diced seedless tomato
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
- 2 cups cauliflower florets, cooked al dente
- 5 tablespoons grated parmesan for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- Heat a large pan with olive oil over medium heat and fry the garlic until golden brown.
- Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the minced meat and brown for 5 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, tomato, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes or until the water dries up.
- Turn off the heat, mix in the green perfume and transfer to a medium ovenproof dish.
- Top with cauliflower and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Place in high, preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
