- 2 cans of sour cream (400 g)
- 7 packs of chicken or vegetable instant noodles
- 300 g of sliced mozzarella
- 300 g of sliced ham

Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce with half the cream and 3 sachets of the noodles dressing. Reserve. Separate the Noodles® into smaller pieces and, in a medium refractory, make layers of sauce, Noodles®, salsa, mozzarella and ham, repeating the layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with Noodles® and sauce. Mix the remaining cream with the milk, Parmesan and 1 other bag of Miojo® dressing. Spread the lasagna over it, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Method of preparation

- 1 egg
- oil for greasing
- 1 beef burger
- 2 slices of mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 2 slices of fried bacon
- 1 leaf of lettuce into strips
- 2 slices of tomato
Method of preparation
Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain, let it cool and mix with the egg. Divide into two parts and arrange each in a 10 cm diameter round frame. Put a weight on them to make them look like records. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and unmold.
Heat a greased non-stick skillet over medium heat and fry the two Miojo® discs until golden brown on both sides. Remove and reserve. Return the pan to medium heat and fry the burger until golden brown. Place the mozzarella slices on top and let them melt.

- 2 medium avocados
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ cup of chopped basil
- ½ cup of chopped parsley
- juice of two lemons
- 1 seedless chilli
- 1 diced tomato

Method of preparation
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp and mash it with a fork. Mix the other ingredients, except Miojo®, and set aside in the refrigerator. Prepare Miojo® according to package directions or up to the tooth. Wash with cold water, drain and mix with guacamole. to serve.

Method of preparation
Prepare Miojo® according to package instructions and drain. Place on a plate and add all the ingredients except the eggs. - 1/2 cup sunflower oil (sunflower)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chives (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)

- 1 green cabbage, thinly striped
- 3/4 cup sun-dried tomato in chopped oil
- 1 pack of Noodles® raw cut instant noodles (85 g)
- 2 tablespoons of crumbled gorgonzola
Method of preparation
Heat the sunflower oil, sesame oil, almonds, chives, soy sauce and salt. Reserve. Stir in the cabbage, sun-dried tomatoes and instant noodles. Pour in the sauce and mix. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish, spread the gorgonzola and serve immediately.

- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 250 ml of milk
- 1 pack of instant noodles noodles

Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the pumpkin, cinnamon, half of the nutmeg and the curd, mashing with a fork until you get a puree. Season with salt and set aside. Heat a pan with half the oil over medium heat and brown the diced onion without letting it brown. Add the spinach and sauté for 5 minutes. Allow to cool, chop and set aside. In another pan, heat the remaining oil over medium heat and brown the grated onion without letting it brown. Add the flour all at once, mixing until it forms a paste. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring until it boils. Turn off, stir in the sautéed spinach and set aside.
Prepare the noodles according to package directions, cooking 3 noodles and then 1 separately. Mix the spinach sauce in 3 plates and the pumpkin puree in the remaining plate. In a medium refractory, arrange half of the dough with the spinach sauce and squeeze to compact.
Place the purée on top and cover with the remaining spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated high oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
