Ingredients:

  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/3 cup (tea) olive oil
  • 2 slices Calabrian sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup diced bacon
  • Salt and chopped green chilli to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Place the washed lentils, water and chicken broth in a pressure cooker, cover the pan, place over medium heat and leave to cook for 10 minutes after being pressured.
  2. Wait for all the pressure to release and open the pan.
  3. Wait for it to cool, divide it into two parts, blend half in the blender and set aside.
  4. In a pan, add the olive oil, pepperoni sausage and bacon, place over medium heat and leave to brown slightly.
