Ingredients:
- 1.5 liters of water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/3 cup (tea) olive oil
- 2 slices Calabrian sausage, sliced
- 1 cup diced bacon
- Salt and chopped green chilli to taste
Preparation method:
- Place the washed lentils, water and chicken broth in a pressure cooker, cover the pan, place over medium heat and leave to cook for 10 minutes after being pressured.

- Wait for it to cool, divide it into two parts, blend half in the blender and set aside.
