Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 piece of Calabrian sausage without slices
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of coloring powder
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 3 sliced ​​potatoes
  • 2 cubes of cassava
  • 1 sliced ​​carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper for sprinkling

Preparation method:
